Rules of Engagement

Mission Alignment:

  • All projects and initiatives must contribute directly or indirectly to our mission of empowering adults, youth, children, and communities through sustainable agriculture, education, health, and infrastructure development.
  • Regular assessments should be conducted to ensure that ongoing activities remain aligned with GOP’s mission and vision.

Transparency:

  • Financial records should be meticulously maintained and made accessible to relevant stakeholders upon request.
  • Project progress, challenges, and outcomes should be communicated openly and regularly through reports, newsletters, and meetings.
  • Decisions regarding resource allocation, project selection, and partnerships should be documented and justified.

Ethical Conduct:

  • GOP staff and volunteers must adhere to a strict code of conduct that prohibits bribery, corruption, discrimination, harassment, and any other unethical behavior.
