Welcome to Gates of Praise Orphanage

At GOP, we are deeply committed to caring for orphans, mentoring youth and women, and enhancing healthcare. We specifically support orphanages and women suffering from mental health issues resulting from the 14 years of civil conflict. Our focus on sustainability includes agricultural activities, entrepreneurship, and other income-generating modes designed to help these orphanages and women thrive. As a faith-based non-profit organization, we actively engage with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through strategic initiatives and community involvement. Together, we can make a meaningful impact in our communities and beyond.

Our Mission: Inspired by Isaiah 61:1-2, we seek to fulfil the calling of the Spirit of the Lord to preach good tidings to the meek, bind up the broken-hearted, proclaim liberty to the captives, and open the prison doors for those who are bound. We aim to bring healing, freedom, and hope to those in need, aligning our efforts with our vision of transformation and empowerment.
